Organizational Structure

Our team includes five staff members who will be available for any duties, and is organizationally flat. We ensure that our employees understand their rights and obligations in terms of hours work, rates of pay, annual leave, etc. We always align the output to benefit, as this will encourage non performers to perform at highest convenient levels.

General Manager

Oversees all operations, with primary responsibilities for sales, marketing and administrative functions. Functioning as the GM, this position will spend a good deal of time in the field assisting, co ordinate’s projects and helping to build and maintain client relationships.

Technical Team

Oversees all service issues including, responding to service call outs, prioritization and response, carry-in service and customer support.
